5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds (Your 14-Day Rights)

• You then have 14 additional days to return the item to us.

• Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refund terms:

• You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions:

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
